Looks like a good movie!

It's got potential, although for the first 2mins or so I thought it was a national geographic documentary.

I'm respectful of the ANZAC's and those few men who stood before the advancing Imperial Japanese Army in defence of Australia, but in my humble opinion.'Kokoda' the movie was a big let down.

A monumental even in our history needed a film treatment as memorable as 'Gallipoli'. I do know some of the actors who were bitterly disappointed.
Still, if you haven't seen it, please do and make your own judgement.

Let me loose on a film about a military action from our past!

Sorry Beccas!

For those of you who don't know much about the campaign, this documentary is well worth checking out.

The main problem with this movie is the title. People were expecting an epic war movie like Waterloo. However its about a section of ten men cut off from the track trying to get back to the main body of troops. If you view the movie from this prespective it's very good. And it's old now. Came out about 7 years ago.
