Hail Caesar Available for Pre-Order

Hail Caesar is now available for pre-order from Warlord Games. 30 British pounds, free postage, and a free figure of that Centurion on the front cover. Book is due for release early April. I ordered mine.

hmmm I wonder if I should, most of the rules I know of are for comp gamers ewwwww *shiver* I would like to do some ancient. Anyone done a review on advanced work to date/copy?

pp. If you have a look at the Warlords website Rick has been releasing a lot of details about basing, movement & combat. I am really into this style of game now with Blitzkrieg Commander & Black Powder. Make gaming fun again.
Angry. We won't a review for a while but when I get my copy I will make sure I have a game and let you know via the blog.

Priestly had done an interview with Miniture Wargames about the rules, jan or feb issue. I'll check out the websight it would be nice to have some fun in ancients.

I'll be very interested to see how they are too - and if they equally suit Dark Ages and Medieval gaming as well as Romans et al

This is without doubt my favourite period. Period. The only thing holding me back from these rules though, is the (apparent) mass of figures needed to play; I just don't have the time (remaining on Earth), space, money or stamina to paint them all. I look forward with jealously though to all the future AARs...:)
